Have two NNID'S with lotsa games, and both are linked to broken consoles, what do?

NNID is "linked to another system"
So my NNID did not work (error code 022-2501), so I formatted my emuNAND (with TinyFormat) because I heard that it would make it work again. After doing this however, it said it is already linked to a system. So I figured it was still linked to the old instance, if that makes sense. I e-mailed Bergsala AB support (the Nintendo reseller in Sweden) to make them unlink my NNID, and this is roughly what he told me:

Is there no updated Homepass (for Android)?
I know Android 5.0 killed Homepass, but we're already at 6.0 now. Has there not been a breakthru with changing MAC addresses? Even without a dedicated Homepassing app? I would gladly run a terminal script if it'd work...

3DS System Transfer Question (CFW related)
So, I'm looking at upgrading my o3DS and to that end, I've bought a used 3DS XL (the Link Between Worlds version). I plan on putting armloaderhax and AuReinand onto the Link Between Worlds one. The problem being, would it be possible to preserve all the games I've bought from the eshop and their saves? And what happens to Pokebank?

Sky3DS Online Gaming
Ok so from what I've heard and researched basically you need a Private Header to put into a ROM/Template so you can play without risk, right? However I still have some questions:
1.- I hear you need either a PAID powersaves program to do the job OR be able to run Gateway (which I cannot). Is there no other way to get the Private Header? Cuz I cannot really do much of either -_-

eShop Down, could it be due to .TIKs?
I noticed these past couple of days the .TIK files have been rolling in, after the FBI update, just wondering if the Eshop has been shut down over all this or if anyone has any info.

(Question) What type of ban do you get for cheating/hacking online?
I was recently playing Mario Kart 7 online in a worldwide race and there was a hacker that kept on using bombs/shells/stars to torment us. If Nintendo (hopefully) decided to ban this cheater, what are his consequences?
Is it a console ban? Or just a ban from Mario Kart in general.
How long does the ban last?
Does Nintendo have the ability to IP ban people?
If it's a console ban, is he banned from all services?

Every time I try to buy a theme from the theme shop, I get an 022 error. I'm not console banned, so it might have something to do with my custom cia themes? Please help

Cant connect to NNID
Title.
It keeps on giving me error code 022-2452, even when I switch wifi and full recycle my 3DS.
The thing is, it IMMEDIATELY gives me it, like right after I press the button, which is kinda suspicious. Was wondering if this was some sort of 'silent ban' or something lol. Thanks everyone.

Pokemon Battle Spot Connection Issues?
i have omega ruby(physical cart) and alpha sapphire (eshop downloaded version). for some reason matchmaker takes very long or fails to find me matches on my omega ruby version. but on alpha sapphire it finds me matches very easily and 90% of the time doesn't give me any issues. this is one battle spot randoms btw

I have a NNID(A) on my system and if I do a Format System Memory to my 3ds to create another NNID(B), Would I be able to link my old NNID(A) if I decide to format again later?

3DS error 007-6106
I hate Nintendo's explanation about error code!It's says noting useful!I only want update my game(I have to say this update pack is rather huge which make this situation more annoying).I try to download this update(By download now ,download later or download in eshop )and it usually take me 4 or 5 hours to reach 99%,and.....this error code 007-6106 just jump out said "sorry please try again"! I wonder if I was banned from the Nintendo servers.
I can not even update the 3DS and enter the Eshop.
The update 10-7.0-32 downloaded by 3dsnus.
I installed a ticket package by the FBI with 300 games.

does anyone know which specific ports does the 3ds uses
in the website they say "For games published by Nintendo, you'll often need to forward UDP ports 1 through 65535"
